Dr. Whitney Grespin is a foreign policy scholar and practitioner specializing in security force assistance and institutional capacity building. She holds a PhD from King's College London's Defence Studies Department and has held fellowships at the U.S. Air Force Academy and the Irregular Warfare Initiative. Her experience includes serving as an embedded advisor to the Somali Ministry of Defense, supporting the U.S. Army War College, and working with the United Nations.
