Will Davis is a lifelong resident of Franklin County, Virginia. He was born in Roanoke, Virginia, and grew up on his grandparents' dairy and tobacco farm. He earned an undergraduate degree from Bridgewater College in 1993 and a Juris Doctor degree from Regent University in 1998. Davis is a fourth-generation attorney and operates his family's law firm in Rocky Mount, which was founded in 1891. He assumed office as a member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 39, on January 10, 2024. He and his wife, Caroline, have two daughters.
