William Chadwick Green Sr.

W. Chad Green was born in Newport News, Virginia, and currently resides in Seaford. He earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and a Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. His professional experience includes working as an attorney and owning a small business. Prior to his election to the House of Delegates, Green served on the York County Board of Supervisors for eight years, including two years as Chairman. He assumed office as a Delegate on January 10, 2024. In the House of Delegates, he serves on the Education and Privileges and Elections committees.
