William D. "Bill" Wiley

Bill Wiley has been a member of the Virginia House of Delegates since 2020, currently representing the 32nd District. Before his state-level role, he served on the Winchester City Council, starting in 2014, and was its president from 2018. He also served on the Winchester Planning Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals. Wiley is a veteran of the United States Army and the Virginia Army National Guard. Professionally, he works as a business development manager for a construction firm and as an associate real estate broker.
