Williams earned a B.A. from Hampden-Sydney College and both a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Samford University. He was first elected to the Virginia House of Delegates in 2021 and currently represents the 47th district, serving on the Courts of Justice, Transportation, and Labor and Commerce committees.
