Armando Montero

Armando Montero is a Democratic candidate for Arizona State House of Representatives, District 12. A proud product of Arizona's public schools, he holds degrees from ASU and is pursuing a J.D. at Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. In 2020, he made history as the youngest person elected to the Tempe Union High School District Governing Board at 19, where he championed mental health policy. Montero is running to advocate for strong public schools, an affordable economy, and high-quality healthcare for all Arizonans, aiming to bring a fresh perspective to the State Capitol with a focus on responsible budgets.
