Timothy E. 'Tim' Long is a resident of Taylor, Michigan (Wayne County). He is the 2026 U.S. Senate nominee of the U.S. Taxpayers Party (the Michigan affiliate of the national Constitution Party), nominated at the party's state convention on July 18, 2026 and placed on the November 3, 2026 general-election ballot. He previously ran for the Wayne County Commission District 14 seat in 2024 as the U.S. Taxpayers Party candidate, finishing third in the general election with 6,513 votes (14.3%) behind incumbent Alex Garza (D).
